The side entry trunnion mounted ball valve has been designed two piece body type or three piece body type and with two floating seats, which are movable under the pressure of medium. The top-entry ball valve is designed as an integrated valve body. Its support and ball rod fixed by an upper-assembled pivot and an integrated pivot respectively and the integrated high-strength ball rod ensure an accurate ball positioning. The unique technology of retractable valve seat is adopted, realizing online replacement of valve stem, valve stem seal rings, metal valve seats and preloaded springs.
The fully-welded ball valve adopts forged material, welded body, instead of bolts and nuts, to aviod any potential leakage from body. The forged body with regular structure and even thickness can avoid shrinkage cavities, pin holes, cracks, sand holes and other defects occurring to casting body valves. Fully-welded ball valves can be spherical and cylindrical type. Usually the spherical type has only one welding seam on the body, the cylindrical type has two welding seam on the body.
Seat of metal to metal ball valves have special protection and tight shut-off design to be applied to some poor conditions, such as high- temperate, high pressure and abrasive mediums, to fully solve the problem of inner leakage and outer leakage, and ensure reliable sealing with zero leakage.
The ball valve has been designed three piece body type and with two floating seats, which are movable under the pressure of drive water or oil. When drive pressure increase under the bottom side of seats, the floating seat can attach the ball’s surface tightly, other more, When drive pressure decrease under the bottom side of seats, the floating seat can leave the ball’s surface.
